Management of Funds is strictly as per stipulated in "Vidhan-Niyamawali" of the Sansthan and due approval of the Management committee.
Accounts of the Sansthan are audited annually and formally ratified by the General Body in Annual General Body Meeting.

Yearly subscription by Sadasya - Rs. 1200/-(Rs100/- Per Month)
Donations/Monetary Help/Sponsoring
Voluntary donations, monetary help and sponsoring of events are accepted and accounted for as per the provision under Vidhan- Niyamawali .
Substantial voluntary donations by Bhamashas are duly published in the Brochure.
MANAGEMENT & UTILIZATION OF FUNDS
Amount received through Sangrakshak Sadasyata, Voluntary donation by Bhamashas are put in Fixed Deposits (FD’s) with bankers.
The interest earned from the above is made available for utilization by the Sansthan.
FUNDS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS, COACHING/CAREER COUNSELLING
Interest earned through FD's had been used for disbursement of Scholarships to the needy talents selected by board of members. It was pondered over and decided that the interest will also be utilized to subsidize the expenses towards Coaching Classes/ Career Counseling, hostel facilities etc. Despite best of efforts, no one could qualify to claim expenses for coaching.
FUNDS FOR PRESENTATION OF SILVER MEDALS TO THE SELECTED TALENTS.
Only the selected talents recommended by the management of the Sansthan are presented with the Silver medal.
In the year 2000 the Sansthan bore the cost of medals disbursed to the selected talents. For the years 2001, 2002, 2003 & 2004 our honorable members Shri Bhanwar singh (Palada), Shri Laxman Singh (Mored), Shri Mahendra Singh( Lalana) and Shri Bhanwar Singh Rathore (Mored) respectively provided the silver medals.
Since 2005 onwards till date, Shri Dalpat Singh Rathore (Runija-Nagaur) has been providing the silver medals every year.
As an Honour, Shri Dalpat Singh Rathore (Runija-Nagaur) has been unanimously accepted as a “Manad Sadasya” by the Sansthan to recognize his selfless services to the Kshatriya Samaj.
