Jaymal Kot Trust, Pushkar (A Rajput Samaj Dharamshala)...
Considering the religious faith of Rajput Community, Thakur Raghuraj Singhji of Badnor conceived the idea of establishing a community centre in their ancestral Haveli popularly known as Jaymal Kot, He constituted a Trust (Shri Jaymal Nyas) in Feb-1980 and handed over the Haveli to this trust for the welfare of Rajput community. The trust consists of 11 life members and is the custodian of Jamal Kot premise including land, building and charbhujaji temple; Trust is committed to the safety, its planned development and to coordinate all the socio-religious activities for the general welfare of our society as a whole. The Haveli has undergone tremendous renovation and new constructions of 36 rooms are reserved rent free exclusively for community people visiting Pushkar for Pooja Archana etc. Eight shops and a basement with the liberal contribution/donations from Danveers of our own community.
The present accommodation can accommodate 100 tourists of different status at a time. It offers an excellent venue for marriages too. The trust has planned many more developments for which we appeal to every one of our community Philanthropist to accord their whole hearted help/support to enable the trust to prove this property as asset to our community. The source of Income is mainly by way of rentals and donations.
Tariff for rooms AC/Semi AC Rs. 500 / Rs. 400, Ordinary Rs. 300. For visitors of our own community rent charges will be 50% less.
